  1. Kayla, Thanks so much for these videos! Your chicken fajita pasta salad, fritata, and the turkey chili stuffed sweet potato's have become regulars in my household (yes, even my children eat them!) Please keep them coming! Chicken Pasta Salad with Lemon Herb Dressing is next on my list to try!

  2. The recipes are delicious! 😋 I was a bit nervous about the breakfast but my husband text me saying it was really good and I couldn't wait to get up and eat it lol! It was delicious! It took me a little longer to prep because I don't have a food processor or waffle maker but I made it work (pancake style) 🙃 😅 I would probably have a harder time if you didn't include other ways to make the food or give alternatives so, I appreciate you even more for that. You make things so easy to follow. TYSM! 💕 Some of my favorite recipes have been the egg frittata, broccoli salad, stuffed sweet potato, and the breakfast sausages 😋 👌🏼

Thank you Kayla… i’ve actually used a couple of your recipes and I have to say they’re very tasty and delicious, Quick question though….you use the mason jar with a wooden lid for your smoothie, can you tell us where he got that? You usually puts and reference at the bottom where you can get certain containers, but I didn’t see that one listed. Can you give us that information please?

  5. Love these meal prep videos🥰 particularly the fact they are wheat/gluten & dairy free.
    With the sweet potato waffles could apple sauce be used instead of raw apple? I'm allergic to raw apple.
    I only need to meal prep for one person can you advise the best way or a guide to doing this without me over cooking for myself and possibly wasting food. Thank you xx
