  1. That salad looks awesome. It’s a must try. Living in Indonesia that doesn’t have a big dairy culture, we got mostly coconut culture. In other words we cook w/ coconut flesh, milk & water. We also use the husk for doormats & we turn the hard shell into utensils, both cooking & eating. That strawberry cream looks great and it’d work well w/ an instant whipping cream powder (made of mostly coconut cream) here that i only need to whip/beat it with ice water abd it’s already slightly sweetened😋😋😁. I’ve been making your milk buns recipes w/ my sourdough starter. It tastes so so good.
