Making these high-protein sugarfree sweets is super easy because this requires very less cooking and the ingredients are readily available. You also don’t need to think much about ingredients and their quantities as they’re highly customizable and you can vary them as per your taste. It’s one of my favourite healthy recipes and my husband loves it too. If you want to increase the protein quantity in these laddus, you can add some whey protein powder as well.
