2 cups Desiccated coconut
3/4 cup sugar free condensed milk *
1 tsp Cardamom powder
1/4 cup milk
Some chopped pistas
Little bit of ghee
Dry roast desiccated coconut in a pan till it slightly changes it’s colour and beautiful aroma comes out from it.
Next add sugarfree condensed milk. Keep stirring.
Keep the flame low.
The mixture would be crumbly, add milk to adjust the consistency.
Cook it for about 3-4 mins.
Once done, transfer it onto a ghee spread plate.
Press it down and give a square shape.
Sprinkle some pistas and cut it.
Keep it in a fridge for 30 mins, before serving.
Serve and enjoy…
