  1. I'm not going vegan anytime soon, and I love the crap out of lemon curd. Problem is when you use egg yolks, it eventually has that nasty sulfur-ish smell from the eggs and it reduces shelf life. Weird gross egg taste..

    Tried this recipe with blended Apricots instead of dates and a bit of Stevia. Came out DAMN good!

UPDATE: Ok it has been a few hours since I watched the video and I have since actually made this and followed directions step by step and this stuff is AMAZING… like crazy good! Like Lemon Crack LOL.
