Written Recipe:

Sugar Free Sooji ka Halwa
Serves 6-8
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
-Chuwaray (Dry dates) deseeded & chopped 3-4
-Badam (Almonds) 4-5
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 4-5
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 5 tbs or as required
-Sooji (Semolina) 1 Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) ΒΌ tsp
-Water 1 & Β½ Cup
-Equal sucralose 4 tbs or to taste
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

Directions:
-In a grinder,add green cardamom,dry dates,almonds,cashew nuts & grind to make powder & set aside.
-In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
-Add semolina,mix well & cook on low flame until its fragrant & changes color (10-12 minutes).
-Add ground mixture,mix well & cook for a minute.
-In milk,add orange food color and mix well.
-In pot,add milk and water,mix well & cook until it thickens,cover & steam cook on low flame until oil separates (8-10 minutes).
-Turn off the flame,add Equal sucralose & mix well.
-Garnish with almonds,pistachios,almonds & serve!

Ajza:
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4

-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 4-5
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 5 tbs or as required
-Sooji (Semolina) 1 Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) ΒΌ tsp
-Water 1 & Β½ Cup
-Equal sucralose 4 tbs or to taste
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

Directions:
-Grinder mein hari elaichi,chuwaray,badam aur kaju dal dein aur grind ker ka powder tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt karein.
-Sooji dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per khushbu anay aur color change ho janay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes).
-Ground mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Doodh mein zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pot mein doodh aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein & dhak ker halki ancch per oil alag ho janay tak steam cook ker lein (8-10 minutes).
-Chulha bund ker dein aur equal sucralose dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Badam aur pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
