Simple syrup made from bulk erythritol and stevia. I made this recipe when I was looking for a cheaper option than buying sugar free syrup at the store. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more stevia, just be careful since pure stevia extract is very strong and can give the syrup a bitter aftertaste.
Recipe:
2 cups water
1 cup erythritol (I used granulated)
1/2 tsp pure stevia extract
Vanilla extract to taste
Mix everything in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 2-3 minutes and then stir to melt the sweeteners. Once everything is melted and combined store in the pantry at room temperature.
Do not store in the fridge it may start to crystalize.

Thanks for the recipe. Honey, use glass to heat up anything food in the microwave. Microwaving in plastic releases the toxic chemicals in the plastic, into your food.
It is lite..
