Sugar Free Grape Jelly – Low Carb and Keto Friendly (Fast and Easy)


This is a recipe and walk through on how I make Sugar free grape jelly. Please read the ingredients list below for any possible allergens that may affect you. 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp unflavored gelatin (one packet) –
1/2 cup cold water
2 Tbs granular monkfruit –

    I tried this but my final version didn't have the same consistency as jelly; it was slightly runny. I left it in the fridge in hopes that it would thicken up more but it hasn't. It meets the need, but for future batches, can you tell me what I may have done incorrectly?
