Ingredients
Sugar Free DryFruit Truffles :
200 Gm Soft Pitted Dates
100 gm Fig
50 gm Roasted Hazelnut
30 gm Almonds
30 gm Pista Chopped
2 tbsp Coco Powder
2 tbsp Ghee
Methods
1) Take a food processor :
Add Dates, Finely Blitz (should be sticky pulpy consistency- use soft dates)
Add fig, Blitz again
Add Rest of the ingredients, blend.
Lastly, add ghee and give a final blend.
2) Make small truffle sized balls, garnish lightly with grated/shavings of Chocolate
