Sugar-free Condensed Milk. How to make Sugar-free condensed milk. This is a basic recipe with which you can make many other dishes. A simple and easy recipe for condensed milk, with which you can make many yummy sweets and desserts. There are many people who cannot eat sweets due to some health issues or weight watchers or people who are following a diet. They too love to enjoy sweets once in a while. This recipe is for them. You can make and enjoy guilt free sweets with this condensed milk.

Ingredients

Milk – 1 and 1/2 cup
Fresh cream – 1/2 cup
Sugar-free powder – 1/4 cup or 9 tbsp

Method

Heat milk, cream and sugarfree powder in a pan. Keep stirring and don’t take off your hands as it might get burnt.
After sometime, the mixture thickens and will become half the quantity.
Take off from heat and store it in an airtight container.
You can use this to make any sweets or desserts.
