Sugar free buttercream icing | Low calorie frosting


This is a short video of my sugar free buttercream ratio that’s stable for piping and sets very well. It’s a guilt free frosting you can use and especially perfect for diabetics, health conscious people and keto diet.
Calories in regular buttercream frosting can reach up to 1500 calories per 100g butter, but in my sugar free version, the calories are almost halved to around 720 calories per 100g butter. The powdered erythritol is 0 calories and you get a frosting that is stable for piping just like regular ones. Now you can have your cake and eat it too. 🙂

Sugar free buttercream recipe:
100g unsalted butter
70g powdered erythritol
1/2 tsp vanilla powder or other flavour of your choice
