Enjoy this easy sugar free amaretto recipe at your next gathering or special occasion! This version is sugar free and uses keto approved ingredients (see below)

I created this recipe last year for New Years Eve festivities and it was a huge hit! I’ve used Yakon Syrup to give the amaretto a beautiful deep color and round out the flavor.

For the best flavor, use a high quality almond and vanilla extract.

This gets better as it ages. You’ll want to let it sit for at least a week if you’re going to sip it straight (as shown). If you’re making cocktails with it, letting it age is less of a concern.

As it ages, the astringent taste of the alcohol depletes and it becomes warm and well rounded.

To make this non-alcoholic, simply replace the alcohol with half the amount of water!

Here’s the ingredients I used:

Bocha Sweet
Mid-Grade Vodka (not the cheapest stuff!)
Pure Almond Extract
Pure Vanilla Extract

The Yakon Syrup

Well on keto should we be supplementing with magnesium I bought some pills from Target but they say they're 400m but when you look up the daily intake says we're only allowed at 340 are you still take the supplement while eating all the asparagus broccoli avocados i-workout about six times a week also I have never experienced cold sweats did for the first time last night I think I was super low on sodium could it have caused that I woke up immediately drink a teaspoon of salt 5 minutes later I felt way better I just want to know has anyone else experienced that thank you
