„I don’t like added sugar in my ice cream, so I’m gonna add some honey instead 😊“ Gurl, remind me, what exactly is honey made of?
Girls, if you wanna eat ice cream, just have some ice cream!! There are no „bad“ foods, and having sugar every once in a while is not unhealthy! My life has improved a lot ever since I stopped thinking about foods as „bad“ or „good“ foods, and stopped following the arbitrary rules set by my parents of just eating 3 meals per day at set times. Now I just eat what I want, when I want (which includes sweets) and I actually list a bit of weight, since I stopped „grazing“ because I was hungry but already had my meal. So just eat that ice cream, even if you count calories, it can still fit in your „food budget“. And if not, one day going over won’t kill your progress.
Honey has 17 grams of sugar per tbsp, so I don’t know that swapping honey makes any less sweet lol, That would be 51 grams of sugar. Your recipe looked amazing! 😊💕
Why would you buy that just to not eat it and re-make it yourself. What a waste of food. Food isn't good or bad and telling people that they should feel shameful for having a treat just further promotes binge eating and diet culture and continues the vicious cycle of eating disorders. I'll pass.😊
So happy ur actually showing the recipe. U popped up and i was ready to unsubscribe if u werent ganna show the recipe again. That was so frustrating. U were like look how great im doing but im not ganna tell u howwwww
I’ve been adding cottage cheese to my scrambled eggs. Mix it before. Then cook. Also add kale and whatever veggies I like. It’s very filling and high protein. Love that cottage cheese is in this!!
Omg This Is So Good! 🍓🍰🍦I remade the new @mcdonalds Strawberry Shortcake McFlurry as a higher protein breakfast or dessert option and it’s 💣 💣 💣
This makes 2 servings:
2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 tbsp puffed whole grain cereal
2 tbsp crushed freeze dried strawberries
2-3 tbsp honey
Drops of stevia
1 tsp vanilla

I cant take any dietitian seriously who eats dairy, its basic knowledge our body’s cant process it after infancy
U have the most beautiful and perfect eyebrows!!!!
I don’t think I can trust anyone that uses stevia.

Add the Cascadian farms fruity pebbles cereal and omgggggg 🥵

It must be horrible trying to fight all of these cravings all of the time! I definitely do not get cravings this often unless I’m pregnant 😅
Just have the fucking Mcflurry and move on. Having an ice cream once in a while won't kill you, i promise. There's no need to be afraid😂
Where is your top from!?
Tbh it wasn’t all that. It was like. Cookie crumbs or something. I don’t think it went all the way well with the original ice cream

Shakes and Frappes are always the least healthy things on the menu
Nah
Cottage cheese is different than ice cream there's a difference in both of them
That’s also a hack for cold stones cheesecake fantasy! 😋
How do you not immediately taste the weirdness of stevia? I sense it immediately in food and it makes it taste like a non-food item
That McFlurry is NOT good anyway & I love ice cream! I was very disappointed 😩!
It’s DISGUSTING
*The McDonald one *
So you add all that honey, get the carbs/sugar and still have to add a sweener

3 tablespoons of honey is 50 grams of sugar.
So you haven’t solved that issue at all.
Genius
My vegan ass watching this knowing damn well if I ate this my toilet would pay the price
Oh my gosh. I’ve made something very similar to this and it’s so good- cottage cheese and strawberries together are DIVINE.
So none of yall are gonna mention the cottege cheese?
