true it's hard at the time of making decision, but after sometime you realise you no longer care so much and the current state and satisfaction is way better
You are such a bright light! I can tell that you truly care about people and want them to be successful in eating better! Beautiful soul, and a beautiful lady!
Im so frustrated with your video’s. Always good recipes, but i havent a clue what the i ingredients are, and im sorry but i just cant cope with the teeth clattering against the fork on quite a lot of them… like nails down a blackboard to me. Gonna unsubscribe for my sanity

Below I’ve shared the recipe for this Hearts of Palm Lasagna. For more of my meals, tips and recipes, check out the link in my bio and follow along for more ☺️
Hearts of Palm Lasagna: About 2 cans of hearts of Palm lasagna, like the kind by gefen or palmini (sub thin slices of zucchini or eggplant if you can’t find it.) 1 pound of ground lean meat, vegan “meat” (what I used) or tempeh, cooked over medium heat with 1/2 tsp garlic powder, onion powder and paprika plus 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1 cup part skim shredded mozzarella 1 cup tomato sauce or marinara 1/2 cup torn basil 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
Preheat oven to 350°. In an oven-safe square baking dish layer 2 tbsp tomato sauce with 1 layer hearts of palm, followed by 1/3 meat mixture and 1/4 cup mozzarella and 1/4 basil. Repeat for 2 more layers. Top with a layer of the hearts of Palm lasagna tomato sauce, cheese and Parmesan.
Bake for 25 minutes at 350° then broil for 1-2 minutes so cheese gets bubbly on top.
Enjoy 1/4-1/3 pan as a complete dinner with the @2bmindset . Feel free to add a side of greens for extra veggies.

You can't replace everything with fluffed up egg whites.
Discipline is self care. ❤️

I love this! Change the mindset!
I like this. I said no to 50% off Easter candy (Reese’s eggs). I rewarded myself with a healthy yummy pbchocolate whip. ❤ 😊
LOVE 💕 your Beautiful Dress 👗! 😁👌
Sugar, now that's tough to give up big time but of course it's much healthier. Please 🙏 give some suggestions on sweet and or savory healthy snacks.😊

Food for Thought: When you're saying No to something, you are saying YES to something else. Love it! Thank you.❤
