Cook time 1 hr 15 minutes

Ingredients
10 cups of water
3 pounds of chuck roast (Diezmillo)
1/2 medium onion
7 garlic cloves
5 green onions
1 1/2 cups sliced mushroom
3 small potatoes, cubbed
2 carrots
2 Tbsp natural chicken bouillon
1/2 Tbsp Mexican Oregano
* chop the green part of the onions tiny. I notice the kids can chew them a lot better.

Chili sauce
4 guajillo chiles
8 chiles de árbol (Optional for those that like spice)
1 Tbsp oil (canola)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt (Himalayan)
1 tsp black pepper
Toppings- chopped cilantro and red radish
A side of white rice goes perfectly with this recipe.

Tip- for the #viewsclubjr take the beef on a cutting board and shred beef for an easy filled happy tummy

  1. My family LOVES your recipes! My husband is from Guatemala and isn’t used to all that chile! Even tho I looked up some chile charts, I’d really appreciate it if you’d talk more about the diff types and how to still get the great chile flava without the heat. 🔥🧯🚒 Love you, ladies!
