1 string green onion

1 tsp red pepper powder
Optional for 1/2 tsp buldak sauce
1 tbsp coco aminos
1 tbsp sesame paste or peanut butter
1 Sunny side egg
Garnish with cilantro, sesame seeds and sesame oil
Note add 2 tbsp of water If It’s dry

    Shirataki Noodle
    1 tbl butter
    1 tsp minced garlic
    3 tbl green onions
    1 tbl coconut aminos or Bragg's Aminos (non-Soy equiv taste)
    1 tbl red chili flakes
    1 tsp cayenne powder
    1 tbl sesame paste or nut butter of your choice (but not the crunchy kind)
    1 sunny side Egg
    chopped Cilantro
    Sesame seeds

    OPTIONAL:
    Sam-yun sauce — sorry but I am spelling this phonetically so maybe our cook can add a note here with the accurate spelling of this SPICY dark sauce which I would like to know about and add.

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Boil noodles for a couple of minutes; rinse and drain …set aside
    2. in a skillet melt butter and combine garlic (medium heat)
    3. add green onions and stir in for a half minute
    4. add in chili flakes; cayenne and sesame paste (or smooth peanut or other nut butter)…combine.
    5. add in the NOODLES , stir to mix and coat.
    6 remove to your noodle bowl and top with the egg; cilantro and seeds

  2. again a wonderful recipe; you are my favorite KETO Youtube 'chef'. About the Shirataki Noodles: they are NOT all equal when it comes to nutrition. I have been consuming S-Taki noodles long before I started Keto. Many of the so-called Shiratake brands are made with Tofu. There is still a lot of discussion about Soy products …split down the middle. So let me just point out the Shirataki you WANT is the one made with KONJAC flour (and some add Oat fibre to the ingredients) but KONJAC is what many of the best FIBRE products on the market are made from. It really is considered a SUPER FOOD. Not so much with the Tofu. Amazon is well stocked with the KONJAC based Shirataki variety, which does seem to be the majority thankfully.

  3. I like hot stuff but this is Fire from the sun hot… OMG! Still, I saw the whole video and as usual learned something from you. How to cook those noodles I couldn't figure out how to get rid of the fishy smell but now I know. Simple right? Well I didn't know it but I know now so, Thank You💛💛💛
