SUGAR FREE KETO Coconut Oil Gummies 🤤| Shelf Stable Recipe
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup water
3-4 TBSP gelatin or 4 Knox Gelatin packets
1/4 cup butter/oil
1/2 – 1 tsp citric acid (don’t use too much [as I did] if the flavor packets you’re adding also have citric acid)
1/8 tsp Potassium Sorbate Mixture
1 tsp Soy/Sunflower lecithin
Variety of Sugar Free water flavor enhancers (Crystal Light, Mio, Koolaid, etc) OR Koolaid packet plus sugar free sweetener
NO MELTING. NO MOLDING. Good for up to 9 months, out of the refrigerator. 🙏🏼🤩

If you’re new to making gummies, I always recommend to make a test run batch without tincture/oil/etc first to ensure the recipe goes smoothly. Then the second time you can make it with the infusion.
When I first started making gummies, I would always make a test batch first until I got the hang of it. Even still, occasionally I wish I made a test batch first when experimenting. For example with this sugar free recipe, the combo of crystal light/sour koolaid/citric acid was too much citric acid (as the crystal light and sour koolaid already had plenty citric acid in them) and slightly effected the texture of the gummy. Had I done a test run first I would’ve realized I put too much citric acid between the three, and I would’ve cut back a bit. But these things happen, and in the end they’re still good.. I just prefer perfect
Good luck & please comment if you end up making them ❤️

Hey, Next time grab a push pin and poke the end of the lecithin pill, then squeeze👍💯 clean hands 🙌
Alina I just realized the packages here in the USA are different then Canadian's. Our packages are either .6oz (17G) or .3 (8.5G) so think I finally realized why mine have been so not jelloie lol misspelled im sure. So I need to use 5 boxes to equal the 85 grams correct? Thanks so much hun….Now I know why mine were off the charts as far as strength…
About to buy a magic butter machine, im also starting Keto in a couple days so this is so 👌🏾 perfect.
I use guar gum and sugar-free jello the guar gum helps the oil mix real well. Half a teaspoon is perfect. try that next time thank you bye love your show love your outfits looking good like always. ✌️😎
Do you have a recipe for this using tincture ?

Have you tried using a syringe to suck the liquid from the pills?
Do you have issues with the lecithin (I use sunflower) clumping? I have weird lumps all the time. Using a bit of a different recipe with Splenda, and about 1/2 tsp of infused coconut.
Great video did I miss the recipe for the Potassium Sorbate Mixture and can I use Simply Delish Sugar Free Jel Dessert (Vegan Friendly) as an alternative to regular Jello or could you do a video using this or a similar product, please? Thank you
i just wanna know how many of these gummies can fuck u up
The boiling at the end, does it not kill the thc?
Hey, I made 14 gram canna oil with 2 cups of coconut oil and 1 scoop of lecithin, and I used 1/3 of that oil to put into gummy molds that holds 10 ML's.
How many Mg's would be in each mold?
You make it look easy-to-use, I'm the cook here but when it's gummies I seem to get flustered. I love the Pepsi shorts! #goodvibes
Does using the emulsifier put too many air bubbles?
You should make infused Jello shots👀
love the green colour!
Great video! I watched the other one too (the one with sugar). Can these be made using the other method and juts subbing in sugar-free jello instead?
The pill form of soy lechithin has a lot of fillers …
Great way to dose not breaking fast! Alberta.C

Can you use sugarfree jello? Thank you for this video. Your videos are always so clear and simple to understand.
I can’t wait to try this!! Most likely wait till you make the potassium video cause shelf stable is most important to me. Best gummy videos I have seen!!!
