Slow Cooker Chicken Recipe – healthy chicken dinner recipes – crock pot chicken


This Crock pot chicken recipe is perfect for the busy family that is home in the morning and does not come home from work until dinner time. This super easy recipe can be made in the morning before work and left cooking in the crock pot, when you come home in the evening you will have a delicious low carb chicken meal ready to eat for you and the family. Ingredients below:
1 tblsp cumin
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
4 strips of bacon
1 1/2 cups of sliced baby portabellas
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1/2 cup of salsa
8 cloves fresh chopped garlic
1/2 of a bell pepper
1/2 an onion
1/2 of a lime
1/2 cup of white cooking wine
2 tblsp of butter
3 cups of chopped celery
4 large chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste.
