8 oz Pasta
2 tbsp All-purpose flour
3 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp red Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1 3/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
fresh parsley for toppings

  1. Looks delicious! but i just have to add why this recipe is not really healthier than the usual alfredo sauce. Milk plus butter is the same as cream. Cream is just milk but with a much higher fat content and butter is the fat in cream. Adding milk and butter as a cream substitute is not really a healthier substitute even if its low fat milk, it is more or less the same
