  1. Quick Question: I noticed you tend to use what looks like sea salt. Do you use iodized sea salt? I learned after my thyroid cancer journey sea salts do not have iodine and that vegetarians and vegans can often be low on iodine. I learned that iodized table salt is one of the few sources that's easy to get after you cut out animal products. I had no idea how extremely important iodine is for the thyroid and how easy it is to be deficient. I would love to know if you have any thoughts or practices that would ensure enough iodine in a plant-based diet.
