Simple Middle Eastern Salad

As a middle eastern, I looooove this salad, its so crunchy and flavorful, I'd reccomend adding black beans or chickpeas to give a bit more variety in texture. Plus feta cheese if you're fancy.

So they call it a simple salad huh 🥴 yeah it’s actually called salad Shirazi because it’s originated from the city of Shiraz in Iran. Tastes a lot better with ABGHOOREH if you know what that is..!!
