Enchilada Sauce Ingredients:
• 2 cups – V8 tomato juice
• 1 cup – chicken stock
• 2 Tbs – chili powder
• 1 tsp – garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp – smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp – xanthan gum
• 1/2 tsp – ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – cumin

Recipe makes ~ 3 cups

Per 1/4 cup serving:
14 calories / 0.21g fat / 1.67g net carbs / 0.81g protein

  1. How about tomato paste or tomate sauce which one do you suggest is best for this recipe? I can’t use tomato juice. I am on a strict keto diet and that tomato juice has way too many carbs and additives and preservatives. … please let me know. I really like your recipe
