  2. Yum yummm!! I admit I've never tried it with ground lamb so I've always made cottage pie. And when I saw a shepherd's pie before you got started I thought in my head, well, she's actually going to make cottage pie. But you fooled me. I still kind of like Emeril's version, he says "what's this here" sauce but the Brits that I've heard talk about how to pronounce Worcester say. Wuh-(like push) ster-sher. I've been watching your videos afternoon but haven't really been commenting. But I have been liking. I am curious though typically my cottage pie involves a bag of frozen peas and carrots already cut LOL I've always heard that Frozen are pretty much as nutritious as fresh but what is your take on that? I know fresh carrots taste much better by far. I've really been enjoying your videos.

  3. Made this recipe yesterday and it was delicious! I used beef instead of lamb and added some red pepper cut into small cubes.
    I dont eat gluten and your channel is a place where i know i will always find something delicious and safe.

    Now, we need you to make a fish pie!!!

  4. Shepherds pie is a staple in our house although we have used beef exclusively. I used to love lamb but after my second pregnancy developed a problem with it. I can't even smell it without nausea. Beef works great and everyone loves it. Side note: you can use small metal cookie cutters with a firm cooked sliced potatoes and decorate the top. The kids love this and it can be a festive addition for Halloween, Christmas, etc. I put a little oil on the cutter to prevent sticking.
