I found a way to make the best keto bread that doesn’t taste eggy and it looks like white bread. It’s fluffy, airy and tastes like real bread!

90 SECOND KETO BREAD
Makes 2 slices
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon low carb protein powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon allulose, optional
1/8 teaspoon salt, optional
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 egg white
1 tablespoon heavy cream
2 teaspoons sour cream
1️⃣ 00:55 – Mix dry ingredients
To a small bowl, add almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, allulose and salt (if using). Whisk until combined.
2️⃣ 01:40 – Add wet ingredients
Add butter, egg white, sour cream and heavy cream. Mix with a fork until combined.
3️⃣ 02:14 – Pour into baking dish
Spray a square microwave or oven-safe baking dish with cooking spray and lay down 2 strips of parchment paper to line the dish on each side. Add bread dough batter to the lined dish and spread evenly.
4️⃣ 03:03 – Microwave instructions
Place dish in the microwave at bake at 100% power for 90 seconds or until bread is set on top and springs back when you touch the top. Remove from microwave and let cool before slicing.
5️⃣ 03:10 – Oven instructions
Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until the bread is set on top and springs back when you touch the top. Remove from microwave and let cool before slicing.
6️⃣ 03:37 – Sliced bread
Using a serrated knife, cut the bread loaf into two slices by cutting down the middle.

it's the butter that causes browning, rather than the baking powder, which provides leavening.

Made this today. I really like, it's very good! I had to improvise with what I had and it turned out fine.
I used egg white from a carton, sweetened vanilla protein powder (keto friendly)
b/c I didn't have unflavored, also, I used plain Greek yogurt which tastes like sour cream, and salted butter. So I omitted the salt and sweetener.
I would like to add sweet corn extract to make a corn bread. Not sure how much to use. I have the Amoretti brand. Probably start with 1/8 or 1/4 tsp and go from there 😊
