  1. DeLauer: Use avocado oil bc it has a higher smoke point, therefore you won't burn it which oxidizes the fats making them horribly toxic.
    Megan: Okay. How do you feel about butter… grass fed butte?
    DeLauer: That's okay; go for it.
    *Megan proceeds with browning (i.e., burning) the butter!*

    I'm sure it's delicious and well meant, but I found that hilarious. Probably more than I should have.
