Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
dash of salt and ground pepper
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
8 oz. Baby Bella Mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 tsp. dried oregano
pinch of red pepper flakes
3 cups baby spinach
Directions
1- Season both sides of the pork chops with ground pepper and salt. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pork chops and cook through, remove from pan and keep warm
2- Add mushrooms to the pan and cook until soft (5 mins)
3-Add heavy cream, oregano, parmesan, and pepper flakes then bring to a simmer and cook until thickened (3 mins) Add spinach and cook until wilted (3 mins)
4- Add pork chops back to pan and reheat (5 mins)
5- Serve and Enjoy!
