Lettuce Romaine/Curly
Cucumber
Tomato
Black olives
Red & green bell
Corn
Basil
Parmesan

Lemon Vinaigrette:
2 tbsp – Lemon juice
2 tbsp – Mustard
½ cup – Olive oil
3 tbsp – Minced onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Sesame Ginger Dressing:
¼ cup – Sesame oil
1 tbsp – Ginger
4 tbsp – Honey
2 tbsp – Sesame seeds
3 tbsp – Vinegar
2 tbsp – Peanut butter
1 tbsp – Soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Greek Yogurt Dressing:
¾ cup – Yogurt
3 cloves – Garlic
2 tbsp – Honey
2 tbsp – Cilantro (optional)
3 tbsp – Lemon
Salt & pepper to taste

Strawberry Vinaigrette:
4 tbsp – Strawberry jam
3 tbsp – Vinaigrette
⅓ cup – Olive oil
