Rolled oats..1 cup
Boiled moong bean… half cup
Apple…half
Orange ..half
Onion..1 small
Pomegranate..half
Tomato..1 small
Coriander leaves ..2 tsp
Lemon juice..1 tsp
Chat masala ..1 tsp
Cumin.. 1 tsp
Chilly powder..1 tsp
Turmeric ..half tsp
Salt..required

Method of preparation

Add 1 tsp olive oil in a a kadai and roast the rolled oats with Cumin,chilly powder,turmeric and salt..Allow to cool

In a mixing bowl Add the roasted masala oats,boiled moong bean,apples,Pomegranate, oranges,onion,tomatoes,coriander leaves ,chat masala and lemon juice
Tossed everything together
