  1. Im a subscriber, but I have to be sincere with you. Some of your recipies , the way you put your food out, its not what I thought it would be like. English is my second language, Im, Swedish, not because that matter. Maybe you can show some nice spanish dishes, as in a full meal!

  2. I love your channel; your enthusiasm is contagious! You’re clearly proud of your culture and it’s cuisineβ€”as you should be! It has a lot in common with Italian cuisine, as far as simplicity and using what’s in season. Sadly, as my ancestors were from Wales and Ireland they had no idea how to cook. lol Fortunately I can borrow from cultures that DO know how to cook!

  3. For tomorrow's lunch… I had no idea raw garlic in olive oil could taste so good till, today, I made Albert's 5-minute flatbreads, whose tasty dressing also unites them. We Brits, garlic fans in the 1600s, became strangely resistant to it over the centuries. But millions of Mediterranean holidays, and our love of Indian cuisine, have rekindled our appreciation until, now, garlic is everywhere!

  4. There's nothing better than fresh ripe tomatoes at this time of year. I've recently learned that the vines are extraordinarily flavorful and I add them to everything I cook or marinate with tomatoes. Pull them out before serving as they do not help the texture.

  5. Update: I made this for dinner tonight, served on a bed of home grown Lollo Rosso red lettuce with grilled halloumi, onions and potato wedges! Delicious πŸ˜‹ Give it a try πŸ€—β€οΈπŸ΄σ §σ ’σ ·σ ¬σ ³σ ΏπŸŒ»
