Today I’m going to show you how to make real, low calorie, healthy homemade mayonnaise, that you can make literally in two minutes, and one that will taste and feel and work just like the real mayonnaise, while having three to four times less fat and no added sugars or starches.

Recipe:
* 3 Egg Yolk
* 20g Deodorated Oil (up to 5g flavored)
* 1/2 tsp Mustard
* 1/4 tsp Salt
* 1/8 tsp Sweetener (x5 sweetness)
* 1/8 tsp Xanthan Gum
* 100g Greek Yoghurt
* 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
