Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter for sautéing
20g garlic, crushed (about 1/2 head… but really, you can go overboard!)
350g chicken (4 pieces)
1/2 cup vinegar
3/4 cup Coco Aminos
3 pcs bayleaf
1/4 tsp whole pepper
* Optional side: scrambled eggs (3 medium eggs)
