Veg Hot and sour soup is a healthy and instant yet staggeringly tasty soup recipe made with heaps of diced veggies and lively flavors of indo chinese sauce. It’s a zesty, hot and sour taste of soup that is well known in Indo-Chinese food, and is extremely simple to make at home, also it is an easy and simple soup recipe known for its spice and sourness. Ingredients for Vegetable Soup:

2 lit – Water | पानी
1 tsp – Oil | तेल
1 cup – Cabbage (Chopped) | पत्ता गोभी
½ cup – Fresh Coriander (Chopped) | कटा हुआ ताजा धनिया
½ cup – Broccoli (Chopped) | ब्रोकोली
½ cup – Spring Onion (Chopped) | हरी प्याज
½ cup – Beans (Chopped) | बींस, फलियां
½ cup – Carrot (Julienne Cut) | गाजर
½ cup – Mushroom (Julienne Cut) | मशरूम
1 tbsp – Ginger (Chopped) | अदरक
1 tbsp – Garlic (Chopped) | लहसुन
1 tsp – Green Chilli (Chopped) | हरी मिर्च
Salt to taste | नमक स्वादअनुसार
2 tsp – Black Pepper Powder | काली मिर्च पाउडर
1 tbsp – Vinegar | सिरका
1 tbsp – Dark Soy Sauce | डार्क सोया सॉस
1 tsp – Red Chilly Sauce | रेड चिली सॉस
1 tsp – Sugar | चीनी
3 tbsp – Cornflour | मक्के का आटा
1 tbsp – Aromat Powder (OPTIONAL) | अरोमाट पाउडर
Salt to taste | नमक स्वादअनुसार
¼ cup each For vegetable stock: वेजिटेबल स्टॉक सामग्री
Mushroom, Carrot Stem, Ginger, Garlic, Bay Leaf, Cabbage Stem, Beans, Broccoli Stem, Coriander Stem

Method and Preparation:
-Add ½ tsp Oil
-Add ¼ cup of each vegetable stock ingredients: Mushroom, Carrot Stem, Ginger, Garlic, Bay Leaf, Cabbage Stem, Beans, Broccoli Stem, Coriander Stem
-Stir for 2 min
-Add 2 lit water and simmer and
-Cover and boil for ½ hour water should evaporate and the remaining is our vegetable stock
-Use a strainer to filter out vegetable stock -Heat 1 tsp Oil in a pan
-Add 1 tbsp of Ginger and 1 tbsp of Garlic on low heat, stir well
-Add ½ cup Mushroom Julienne cut
-Add 1 cup of Cabbage Chopped
-Add ½ cup Carrot Julienne cut
-Add ½ cup Broccoli Chopped
-Add ½ cup chopped beans and Stir well
-Add 1 tsp Green chilly and Stir
-Add vegetable stock
-If you want more quantity you can add more water at this stage
-Salt to Taste
-Add 1 tsp Black Pepper powder
-Add 1 tsp Vineger
-Add 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
-Add 1 tsp Red Chilly Sauce
-Boil
-Add 1 tsp of sugar
-Stir well and Add 1 tbsp Aromat Powder (Its optional)
-Now to make our soup thick we will make cornflour slurry
-For that Add 3 tbsp Water and 3 tbsp Cornfloor and 1 tsp black pepper
-And add this in our boiling soup and stir well
-Add some Fresh coriander and Spring onion
-Veg Hot and Sour soup is ready to serve!!
