  1. Yummy recipes! Definitely going to try the udon noodle dish. I have a way to make your gado gado toast even easier. 😉 Mix the nut butter with sambal manis before spreading it on the toast, then add the veggies. That’s what I do anyway (I’m also Dutch Indonesian).🎉

  2. I made this tonight; my husband and I both loved it! I made one change as I didn’t use the Mushroom Stir-Fry Sauce (too much sugar for me). Instead I used Yondu, a vegetable umami sauce. One question I have is whether this dish is intended to be sweet. If so, I will add some date syrup, though it was very tasty as I did it. Thank you!

  3. I would love to try the orzo recipe. Unfortunately, I have problems with digesting wheat and have to swap for gluten-free or spelt pasta. I don‘t always get all the pasta variety that one would get for classic wheat pasta. What other types of pasta would work well for this recipe?

  4. I LOVE videos like this! I don't know if this is a weird ask since I'm sure this doesn't happen to you often, but would a video of like, 'things you can make with vegetables that are just past their prime other than marinara' be a possibility? 😅I sometimes find myself unable to use fresh vegetables quickly enough, and I can't figure out what to do with, say, wilted kale, other than just throwing it in a tomato sauce, so any tips would be fantastic!
