  1. Hey Derek, love the channel I’m new to being vegan and working out and your videos have helped so much figuring out what to eat and preparing healthy meals. I’ve been looking through your channel but I haven’t found this yet, I was curious about if you do bulking and cutting phases to put on muscle, or if you have a different approach to it. I’m trying to put on lean muscle the proper and healthy way and you’re a really good example, so I was curious about your thoughts and tips! Thank you
