  1. It’s the anti inflammatory omega 3s in chia seeds, walnuts (flax) etc that are so important. They open up anti Inflammatory pathways, make our cell walls more liquid so other signaling processes can work better. Thank you for providing recipes with these healthy fats, not cooked. Delicious.
