Ingredients:
2.5L water
100g oyster mushrooms
100g broccolini
3 pieces garlic
15g ginger
3 sticks green onion
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
115g Lotus Foods Organic Brown Rice Udon Noodles
3 tbsp olive oil
60g bean sprouts
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Bring a pot of water for the noodles
2. Peel down the oyster mushrooms and chop the broccolini into bite sized pieces
3. Finely chop the garlic, ginger, and green onion
4. Make the sauce by combining together the soy sauces, toasted sesame oil, and hoisin sauce
5. Cook the noodles for 5min. Remember to stir occasionally to keep the noodles from sticking
6. Rinse and drain the noodles to get rid of the excess starch
7. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Add the olive oil
8. Add in and sauté the garlic and ginger for 15 seconds
9. Add the broccolini and sauté for about 1min. Then, add the mushrooms and sauté for another minute
10. Add in the green onions, noodles, sauce, and bean sprouts. Sauté for another couple of minutes
11. Plate the noodles and sprinkle over some white sesame seeds

When you describe an amount of an ingredient in grams… are you weighing them?
Yumm…
Looks very good
It looks delicious …. Thanks for this great video!
That looks so good! I'm going to make it tonight! Yummy. Oh and I enjoy some lotus noodles.
Yummy!! Wow your cupboard is so organized
This looked so good I had to make it right away! So delicious, even though I was missing hoison and green onion (subbed with some oyster sauce and regular onion instead). I know – not the same, so I'm going to try again after getting those ingredients!
Looks incredibly delicious! I will definitely try it out today and thanks for sharing your amazing recipes!!!
Ughhh looks so good! Will definitely be trying this out! Thanks Wil! 💖
🙏
Thank you so much for adding weight!
Looks delicious , as always! Yes, I love the LOTUS brand. I especially buy the jasmine rice from them. I dont know why, but I simply love it. Will try the gluten free noodles as well. xoxox 🙂
This looks like a delicious udon noodle recipe! 😋 I like that you include the recipe in the description, thank you! 👍 Your detail share on the flavors, and your style of creating the video makes your content really stand out, good work! 👍
Perfect!
Beautiful food made easy. Amazing!
After we saw the Lotus Noodles in another vid by you, we started our quest to get them to our home in the heart of Europe……….
that was not easy, cause Amazon International has them, but don´t sent it to us…..
Then we found Vitacost, and now we have the whole spectre here with us, this weekend I will place our second order, these noodles, and the fine rice are the best we ever had so far
Thanks for the tip Wil 😉
Looks absolutely delicious Wil …! Jo (CELTIC VEGETARIAN CUISINE, Eire)
This is what I ‘m looking for, I can feel how the sauce blended together with noodle and vegetables together, I will add a little chopped roasted peanuts in ,
Thanks so much for this
I started cooking noodles after watching your videos. The videos are easy to follow and dishes really delicious! Thank you for sharing! 🙂
You recommended Lotus products to me when I asked you about good gluten free noodles. I bought out the store and use the noodles in many kinds of dishes. I bought udon lunch boxes, rice crackers, different colors of noodles. They are now my go to noodles for any Asian dish I make!! Thank you so much for making my Celiac life better.
Seriously, do you eat noodles everyday ? I probably eat once a week. That too now when I feel lazy to prepare Indian meals.
These noodles look delicious.
Hi Will–love your channel. Question re. how you cook garlic. I was always advised not to let it brown or blacken , or cook as long as you do, as it turns bitter and acrid. Can you comment?
Just curious: is brocollini cheap in Canada? Where I live, it is imported from Australia and expensive.
Mr. Yeung, you have a lot of wisdom in the way you chop. May I ask your age in exchange for an answer?
I'm not a vegetarian or vegan but I occasionally like a vegetarian meal. Your recipes are delicious & your way of presenting them makes you want to try them. Thank you.
Thank you 😊
Wil, where do you get your spice containers? They are perfect!
Can you share some soup recipe
You throw away the best part of green onions. The white tops are the best part.
I love mushrooms❤
Love lotus foods. Tried their ramen packs. Going to look out for these udon noodles now.
I love Lotus Food’s rice noodles. They’re my go-to noodles for Asian-inspired noodle dishes due to my wheat sensitivity. I’ve tried three of their four Pad Thai rice noodles. I’ve never seen the Moringa Noodles in our store.
Ummmm we are gonna need a tour of that beautifully organized pantry, STAT! Also, I do love the Lotus rice ramen noods. I use those a lot for ramen
I really like Lotus brown rice noodles… going to try this recipe with them if I can't find the Udon noodles. Looks terrific!
Looks so yummy
Lotus food wheat udon noodles are my go to noodles. Your channel is my source for easy and fabulous asian vegan cooking – but for myself i just add chicken for the protein! Your recipes for chili oil , and other sauces has made our food delightful. Keep up the incredible work. Thanks
Can you just come over? 😊💞
This looks so delicious! I will try this out and add a green chilli 🤤🤤 thank you for another awesome noodle recipe!!
I will definitely use lotus food products now. Love the rice noodle options and will see what else is available. I’m in a rural are so most of the ingredients aren’t available.
Congrats on the sponsor, Wil. I’ve not yet seen their products here in Delaware but will keep an eye out. The dish looks amazing! 😎
So simple, gonna make it!!
Soy / hoisin / sesame oil as your sauce with noodles and veg. Kinda feels basically the same as 10 other things you've made a video on
