Vegetarian Koay Teow Soup is a quick & easy recipe.
There are no Stock and no MSG and yummy to taste

BAHAN-BAHAN / INGREDIENTS :

Kuey Teow – 500g
Flat Rice Noodle (Kuey Teow) – 500g

Tauge – 120g
Bean Sprouts – 120g

Sayur Sawi – 130g
Mustard Leaf – 130g

Cendawan Tiram – 120g
Oyster Mushroom – 120g

Cili Padi – 6 biji (14g)
Bird’s Eye Chili – 6 (14g)

Bawang Putih – 4 ulas (20g)
Garlic Clove – 4 (20g)

Daun Bawang – 1 (30g)
Spring Onion – 1 (30g)

Kicap Cair – 2 sdkcl
Light Soy Sauce – 2 tspn

Sos Tiram Sayuran – 2 sdbsr
Vegetarian Oyster Sauce – 2 tbsp

Kek Ikan – 8 biji (100g)
Fish Cake – 8 pc (100g)

Bebola Ikan – 10 biji (134g)
Fish Balls – 10 pc (134g)

Garam Secukup Rasa
Salt To Taste

Air utk masak sup – 1.6 L
Water to make soup -1.6 L

* Resepi di atas untuk 2 atau 3 orang di makan

CARA-CARA / METHOD :
1. Rebuskan Kuey Teow dan kesemua sayuran kecuali
cendawan dan ketepikan
Boil the Flat Rice Noodles and all the vegetables except the
mushroom and keep aside

2. Cincang Bawang Putih dan tumiskan dengan minyak
sampai warna perang keemasan dan ketepikan
Chopped fine the Garlic and saute until golden brown and
keep aside

3. Gunakan Kuali yang sama dan masukkan Air untuk
membuat sup, Kicap cair, Sos Tiram Sayuran, kesemua
bebola ikan, secukup garam dan Serbuk Lada Putih.
Biarkan mendidih selama 5 minit. Siap untuk dihidang.
Use the same pot to make the soup. Add in the Water,
Light Soy Sauce, Vegetarian Oyster Sauce, Salt to taste,
Ground White Pepper, Both fish balls and fish cakes and let
it boil for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
