Made them with a product called carbquik. Like Bisquick,but low carb. Just carbquik,water and a dash of vanilla! Not big on pancakes, but my wife said they were good.
Nice looking keto pancakes. Add vanilla, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and some keto friendly sweetener. FYI the cream cheese was not soft enough.
