My low carb coleslaw recipe. This is a very quick and easy recipe that won’t keep you in the kitchen long when preparing for your summertime barbeque. It’s the perfect side salad for any summertime entrée.

Ingredients:
10 ounces – grated cabbage
1/2 cup – mayonnaise
1 Tbs – extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup – vinegar
Liquid sugar substitute equal to 2 Tbs regular sugar
3/4 tsp – mustard powder
1/2 tsp – celery salt
1/2 tsp – lemon pepper season
1/4 tsp – salt
1/4 tsp – ground black pepper

Per serving (recipe divided by 4):
230 calories / 23.38g fat / 2.63g net carbs / 0.88g protein

  1. I never thought of adding different things to go with the mayonnaise. We can’t get lemon pepper seasoning over here, Lord knows I’ve tried! Any ideas on what I could replace that with? Also, do you mind if I ask you, are you following (or followed) low carb for weight loss? I was just wondering how many net carbs a day you allowed yourself?
