  1. Oooh Perfect! I just made these and could not wait until dinner to try one! Absolutely delicious!!! I cooked mine for 23 minutes and turned the oven off and let them cook a few minutes more to cook all through. This is the best coconut flour roll recipe I have found! Thank you soooo much Janet! Happy Thanksgiving and God bless you and your family!🙏😊

  2. They look very dry. I have yet to find a recipe for basic bread that is gluten free for any breads, that is palatable that doesn't turn to mush if you put a gravy or even butter on them. I have spent hundreds of dollars likely thousands in search for some thing palatable. Bought tons of flours, still have them tried and tried again. And I was a cook and a baker for 9 years. SO sorry to say this but dang nab it.

  3. These are in the oven right now. I used Bob's Red Mill coconut flour and the liquid to flour ratio was perfect!! I used a scale to weigh everything but the salt and butter. I know I should have weighed the butter too but I didn't. Lol! My husband just found out one of his arteries is 1/3 blocked so he has to change his diet. It has been a nightmare! I was making almond flour wraps to put his meat on every day but he says they are flavorless. Lol! I will let you know how much better he likes the rolls. He loves coconut so fingers crossed! Thanks for all you do!! God Bless!!

  4. I tried the recipe, followed all of the steps, but the inside was not fully cooked. I sliced each biscuit in half and placed it back in the oven, it helped somewhat. The I saw on the website that it was 3 stars, but I couldn't read the comments. I see why, I will have to go back to my tested biscuit recipe.
