Many of my friends ask me, “Being a vegetarian, how do you get enough protein?” So, today I would like to share this simple recipe that feeds body with enough protein. It looks complicated but believe me, if you try it once, you will make it over and over again…… More pulses/legumes, less spices and absolutely healthy…….
Ingredients: (This recipe serves 4 adults)
KALA CHANNA – ¼ CUP
DRIED WHITE PEAS / WHITE VATANA – 1/8 CUP
BLACK BEANS – ¼ CUP
RED KIDNEY BEANS – ¼ CUP
WHOLE MOONG / GREEN MUNG BEANS – 1 CUP
BLACK EYE BEANS – ¼ CUP
CHICKPEAS – ¼ CUP
DRIED GREEN PEAS / GREEN VATANA – 1/8 CUP
CHILLI PASTE – 1 TSP
GINGER PASTE – 1.5 TSP
SALT – To TASTE
