This has been my go-to oatmeal all of pregnancy. It’s got 18+ grams of protein PER bowl and it’s sooo creamy. The secret? Whisk in a beaten egg!

WHAT YOU NEED:
1/3 cup oats
1 scoop protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup+ water or milk
1 egg, beaten
Desired mix-ins
Toppings of choice

TO MAKE:
Add the oats, protein, chia and liquid. Whisk together and bring to a simmer.
Beat the egg in a small bowl and pour into the simmering oats. Whisk immediately until completely incorporated.
Stir in any mix-ins and serve!
