  1. UPDATE: I've made the cheesecake today.

    Had few substitutions:
    1) had no whipped cream replaced with full fat Greek yogurt
    2) I didn't have enough cream cheese so added mascapone cheese.
    3) Don't really like uncooked base so I've baked the base for 10-12 mins in oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit)

    Observations:
    1) I will not add Greek yogurt next time it gave it a slight yogurt after taste.
    2) next time I would crumble the base as it was like a hard biscuit/ cookie🍪 base.
    3) the chocolate was a bit sickly if you're a huge chocolate fan you'll love it.
    4) so amazing the powdered sweetener worked a treat don't like granulated the after taste of alcohol base sweeteners.
    5) it was a bonus that it was an eggless cheesecake.

    Overall: this cheesecake recipe taste nice and very filling/heavy that could be the high fat content of the mascapone which I thought the Greek yogurt would balance out.
