I simply love this series and, even though ingredients and costs are very different of my own reality, I'm able to have the video as an inspiration to be more budget conscious. The chef is approachable and charismatic and does not make everything look too cheffy which is great. It would be nice to see him bringing international (and affordable) cuisines to the table as well. Keep on with his videos!
