    WHO ELSE GREW UP WITH THIS SONG😂!? MY MOMMA JAMS TO IT EVERYTIME SHE'S COOKING LOL!

    Pork:
    2 pigs feet split in half
    3 lbs boneless pork cushion (cubed)
    4 pieces of pork neckbkne
    1/2 onion
    5 garlic cloves
    2 bayleaves
    3 liters water

    Instructions:
    Add pig feet, pork cushion and pork neckbone to an 8 quart pot and cover with 3 liters of water, cook on high heat. Once it reaches a boil skim off any impurities on top of the broth, then add onion garlic, bayleaves and dried deveined and seeded chiles. Lower the heat to medium high and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Now add onion, garlic and bayleaves and chiles that you boiled to a blender with oregano and chicken bouillon. Add your red sauce to your pork and broth and let it cook for 40 minutes on medium heat. At this time add your @juanitasfoods hominy and let it cook for 30 more minutes on low heat, then serve and top with shredded cabbage, onion, red raddishes and enjoy!

    Salsa Roja:
    10 large guajillo peppers
    3 large pasilla-ancho peppers
    3 garlic cloves
    1/4 onion
    1 tsp oregano
    3 tbsps salt
    2 cups of pork broth

    NOTES: When you're cooking your pork make sure theirs always enough water in your pot, if at any point you feel like you need more water, then boil 1 liter at a time and add it. NEVER add cold water.
