4 LARGE BOILED EGGS (DICED)
1 TBSP SALT (FOR POTATO WATER)
2 TBSP VINEGAR
2 CELERY RIBS (DICED)
1/2 SMALL ONION FINELY CHOPPED (to your liking)
2-3 HEAPING TBSP SWEET PICKLE RELISH
1 & 1/2 C. MAYONNAISE
1-2 TBSP DILL PICKLE RELISH
2 & 1/3 TBSP SUGAR
2 TSP YELLOW MUSTARD
2 TSP DILL PICKLE JUICE
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER (YOU DECIDE)
2 TBSP MILK (YOU ADJUST)
1/2 TSP SALT (TO YOUR LIKING)
1 TSP CHOPPED CHIVES (OPTIONAL)

  1. NO JOKE!!! This is the absolute best potato salad I have ever made AND tasted. Amazingly delicious. I used Duke’s Mayo as I have recently replaced my usual Mayo. It made the potato salad so creamy. All of the added pickles, sweet and dill and cooling the potatoes made a big difference in texture. Loved it. Thank you for sharing.
