1 tablespoon potato starch
2 tablespoons grated vegan cheese
1/2 tablespoon oil
1/4 cup JUST Egg

  1. So I am not a very good cook, and I am honestly confused about this step. If you soaked the potato in cold water to remove the starchiness, why would you need to add potato starch? Could you not just leave the potato starchy? Thanks to anyone who answers this for me! 🥰
