Hiiii – welcome to my channel!

Tofu egg seasoning mix:
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 black pepper
1/2 tsp Kala Namak/Black Salt (this has an eggy flavor but is also a “salt” so it is salty as well)

Hummus salad dressing (estimates):
3 tbsp of plain hummus
1.5 tbsp of red wine vinegar
1 tsp of agave
1/2 tsp of dried oregano
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/4 tsp of smoked paprika
3 tbsp of hot water (or however much you prefer. this is to thin out the dressing)
Salt and black pepper to taste

Mediterranean-inspired salad ingredients:
Red onions
Cherry tomatoes
Cucumbers
Pepperoncinis
Olives
Chickpeas in cumin and parsley
Vegan feta
Brown rice or quinoa
Massage Kale
