Hi friends and welcome back to a new weekly video! Its been a while since I shared a “what I eat in a day” so I thought I’d bring this back. I hope enjoy!!

Pancakes: Use this recipe but sub the brown sugar with coconut sugar. Feel free to leave off the apples and leave out the cinnamon

Caesar Salad ingredients:
3/4 cup of vegan mayo
1/2 tsp of dijon mustard
Juice from 1/2 of a lemon
1/2 tsp of vegan Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp of chopped capers
1/4 cup of vegan grated parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
2 tbsp of water
salt and pepper to taste

Lions Mane “Crab” Cakes: perfecting this recipe a bit more.
