  1. What are you doing, Nikki??? 3 Minutes in I paused to online-order Polenta and Mushrooms and 10 Minutes in I HAD (!) to pause again to get up and make myself a snack. Why did I even clicked on your video without something to eat? Am I new here? No!!! My bad!

  2. That camera quality! I'm entranced at the shots of the finished summer rolls. The colors are so pretty!! That salad also looks so good. You are absolutely the queen of salads and have definitely helped me to incorporate tasty salads into my routine 🙂

  3. Good video, and they all look good. Wanna try them soon. But I’m still a kid (since I’m only 16) so my parents would have to make them because I’m too shy to ask them if I could cook (even though I have never cooked; with the exception of being in my culinary in high school once), also because I usually find this role dominated by females (see it everywhere on Food Network, Cooking Shows, YouTube, Instagram, etc.), but I’m still open to cooking, I’m just a little shy to do so.

  4. I love how you describe the different wines, because I can tell you really enjoy food and flavors. It's very difficult to have enough flavor references to accurately describe wine, but you paint a picture everytime you talk about them. I can see why they partnered with you ❤️.
